Who We Help

DV Survivors & Women at Risk

You need evidence and a safety plan — not sympathy. We document the patterns courts need to act on: DVO breaches, coercive control, stalkerware, tracking devices, and the digital footprint of a campaign designed to intimidate.

What We Do

Evidence That Courts Act On

Every service is delivered with your safety as the first consideration — and full chain-of-custody documentation so the evidence holds up when it matters.

01

DVO Breach Surveillance

Covert documentation of protection order breaches — approach prohibition violations, contact breaches, and property restrictions. Timestamped, geo-tagged, court-ready.

02

Coercive Control Timeline

Pattern-of-behaviour documentation mapped against the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012 — turning isolated incidents into a prosecutable pattern.

03

Stalkerware & Device Forensics

Examination of your devices for monitoring software, hidden tracking apps, and unauthorised access — forensic-grade methodology with full chain-of-custody documentation.

04

AirTag & Tracker Detection

Identification of unauthorised tracking devices concealed in your vehicle, belongings, or associated with your accounts — documented for court or police complaint.

05

K9 Protection Pathways

Where the risk warrants a physical safety layer — Belgian Malinois and DDR German Shepherds bred and trained at our Nerang facility. Honest suitability screening. No pressure.

06

Protective Surveillance

Eyes-on coverage during court dates, changeovers, and other high-risk windows — documenting and deterring breaches without drawing attention.

Ethics Policy

We only act for the protected — never the perpetrator.

We do not accept instructions designed to stalk, monitor, locate, or intimidate a victim-survivor or protected person. Every DV enquiry is screened before work begins. If we cannot help you ethically, we will tell you — and point you toward someone who can.

Common Questions

DV Survivor FAQ

01 Will the other person know I came to you?
No. All enquiries are strictly confidential. We never contact any third party without your written consent. Contact us from a device the other person has never accessed, and clear your browser history after visiting.
02 What if I can't afford the service?
Contact us for a confidential conversation. We will never turn away a genuine DV client without at least exploring options. In some circumstances we can discuss staged payments or direct engagement with your legal aid provider.
03 Do I need a solicitor to use your services?
No. You can engage us directly without a solicitor. We will work with you to understand what evidence is needed and how it can support your matter — and if you decide to engage a solicitor later, we can brief them directly.
04 Can the evidence be used in a protection order application?
Yes. Our surveillance and forensic reports have been accepted in Queensland Magistrates Court and Family Court proceedings. We structure all reports to the evidentiary requirements of the specific application.
05 What if my phone or accounts are being monitored?
Contact us from a safe device — a trusted friend's phone, library computer, or device the other person has never had access to. During intake, we can arrange a forensic examination of your devices.
06 How quickly can you start?
For urgent matters — particularly where there is active breach or escalating risk — call us directly on +61 499 475 408. We assess urgency on intake and prioritise accordingly.
