Services
Process Serving
Legal document service across the Gold Coast and Queensland. Affidavit of service provided. Evasive defendants located and served — including skip tracing and surveillance where initial service is avoided.
What We Handle
Professional Process Serving — With Affidavit
Process serving requires more than showing up at an address. A licensed PI brings investigative capability where standard couriers can't follow.
Evasive Defendant Service
When a defendant has been tipped off or is actively avoiding service, a licensed PI can apply skip tracing to locate their current address and surveillance to confirm their presence before attending. Every evasion attempt is documented — creating a paper trail for substituted service applications if required.

The Process
How Process Serving Works
From submitting the documents to a sworn affidavit of service in your hands — here's what to expect.
Submit Documents
Provide the documents to be served, the defendant's last known details, any deadline requirements, and the jurisdiction. We confirm the scope and quote upfront.
Address Verification
We verify the defendant's current address before attending — reducing failed attempts. Where the address is stale or the defendant is known to be evasive, skip tracing is applied first.
Personal Service
Personal service attempted at the confirmed address. For evasive defendants, we apply surveillance to confirm presence before attending — and document any evasion for court use.
Affidavit of Service
A sworn affidavit of service provided promptly on completion — recording the date, time, location, method, and physical description of service. Suitable for immediate court filing.
