What We Deliver

Surveillance Services

Every operation is scoped for lawful purpose before commencing. Evidence is documented to a court standard from the first deployment.

Core Service

Court-Ready Evidence Pack

Every surveillance engagement produces a complete evidence pack structured for potential court use — not a collection of photos that needs retrofitting. The pack includes timestamped media, operator log, chain-of-custody statement, and a signed investigator's report from the first day of operations.

  • Timestamped photo & video evidence
  • Operator's log — movements & observations
  • Chain-of-custody documentation
  • Hash-verified media integrity
  • Signed investigator's declaration
  • FCFCOA & Magistrates Court formatting

Surveillance Methods

  • Mobile vehicle surveillance

  • Solo operator or team deployment
  • Urban, suburban & regional environments

Common Matters

  • Matrimonial & infidelity
  • Workers compensation fraud

  • DVO breach documentation
  • Employee misconduct

The Process

How a Surveillance Engagement Works

From your initial call to a court-ready evidence pack — here's exactly what happens.

01

Confidential Brief

You brief us on the subject, the suspected behaviour, and what you need documented. We assess the lawful scope and advise on what evidence is realistically achievable before any commitment.

02

Scope & Quote

We define the operation scope — method, duration, and resources required — and provide a fixed fee quote. No open-ended hourly billing. You know the cost before we start.

03

Active Surveillance

Operations commence. You receive a brief update after each active deployment day — observations, media obtained, and the plan for the following day. Never left in the dark mid-operation.

04

Evidence Pack Delivered

On completion: signed investigator report, operator log, timestamped exhibit schedule, chain-of-custody statement, and all media — hash-verified and court-ready.

Common Questions

Surveillance FAQ

01 How long does a surveillance operation run?
This depends entirely on what you need documented and how predictable the subject's movements are. Some operations achieve the required evidence in a single day; others run over several days to establish a pattern of behaviour. We advise on likely scope before commencing and quote a fixed fee.
02 What evidence do I receive at the end?
A complete evidence pack: timestamped photos and video of all relevant observations, an operator's log recording movements and activity, a chain-of-custody statement, and a signed investigator's report summarising findings. All media is hash-verified to establish integrity.
03 What if nothing incriminating is observed?
You receive a clear report to that effect — observations documented, nothing inconsistent with the claimed behaviour found. We do not fabricate, embellish, or withhold. Honest findings, positive or negative, are what you're paying for.
04 Will the subject know they're being watched?
No. All operations are conducted covertly using unmarked vehicles, plain-clothes operators, and equipment suited to the environment. Maintaining covert cover is fundamental to the evidential value of what we document — a blown operation produces nothing.
05 Can the evidence be used in court?
Yes. Our reports are structured for court use from the outset — not retrofitted after the fact. The signed investigator's declaration, timestamped exhibit schedule, and methodology disclosure meet the requirements of Magistrates Court, FCFCOA, and District Court proceedings in Queensland.
06 Do you update me during the operation?
Yes. You receive a brief operational update after each active deployment day — what was observed, what was documented, and the plan for the next day. You are never left waiting in silence during an active operation.
