What We Document

Workers Compensation Investigation

Covert surveillance structured for insurer, employer, and legal team briefs — with honest findings whether or not they support the defence position.

Core Capability

Activity Level & Capacity Surveillance

Timestamped video and photo documentation of the claimant's actual physical activity — lifting, carrying, walking, recreational activity, and any movement inconsistent with the claimed incapacity. All evidence preserved with chain-of-custody documentation for court use.

  • Timestamped video & photo evidence
  • Signed investigator declaration
  • Chain-of-custody from first deployment
  • Daily operational briefings
  • QIRC & District Court formatting
  • Honest findings — positive or negative

Undisclosed Employment

  • Second employment while on claim
  • Own business operation detected
  • Family business involvement
  • Cash-in-hand work identified
  • OSINT cross-reference with field obs.

Social Media & OSINT

  • Posts contradicting incapacity
  • Check-ins at activities
  • Social media timeline analysis
  • Correlate with field observations
  • Documented & source-referenced

The Process

How a Workers Comp Surveillance Works

From the insurer or legal brief through to a court-ready report — here's how each engagement is managed.

01

Claim Brief & Scoping

Insurer or legal brief reviewed. Claim details, claimant profile, suspected inconsistencies, and investigation objective confirmed. Fixed fee quoted before commencing.

02

Surveillance Deployment

Covert mobile or static surveillance of the claimant at residence, frequented locations, or known activity sites — using unmarked vehicles and plain-clothes operators.

03

Daily Client Updates

Operational update provided after each deployment — what was observed, what was documented, and the deployment plan for the following day. No silence mid-engagement.

04

Court-Ready Report

Signed investigator report with timestamped video/photo exhibit schedule, chain-of-custody documentation, and methodology disclosure — formatted for QIRC, District Court, or WorkCover proceedings.

Common Questions

Workers Compensation FAQ

01 Who do you accept briefs from?
Insurers, self-insured employers, law firms acting in defence of claims, and corporate HR teams. We work directly with the instructing party and can produce reports formatted to the specific requirements of the matter.
02 Do you provide daily updates during operations?
Yes. You receive an operational update after each surveillance day — what was observed, what was documented, and what the plan is for the next deployment. No silence mid-operation.
03 Are your reports accepted in court?
Yes. Reports include a signed investigator's declaration, timestamped photo and video exhibit schedule, chain-of-custody documentation, and methodology disclosure. They are structured for use in QIRC, District Court, and WorkCover proceedings.
04 How quickly can surveillance begin?
Typically within 24–48 hours of a confirmed brief. For urgent matters — particularly where a claimant is known to be active over a specific window — call us directly to discuss expedited deployment.
05 What if the claimant is not observed being active?
We give you an honest report. If surveillance produces no observations inconsistent with the claimed incapacity, we say so — and you receive a clear report to that effect. We do not fabricate or embellish findings.
06 Can you combine surveillance with OSINT?
Yes. Social media research and OSINT are frequently combined with field surveillance — identifying posts, check-ins, and activity records that contradict claimed incapacity and can be cross-referenced against physical observations.
